Manchester City Soccer Camp – Booking Terms & Conditions
1. General Overview
These Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all participants in the Manchester City Soccer Camp (the “Camp”). Please read these Booking Terms & Conditions carefully before you register for a Camp. By completing the registration process, participants and their parents/guardians agree to comply with the following terms.

Please note: the Camp is delivered by an authorized independent third-party operator on behalf of Manchester City Football Club Limited. References to ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ in these Booking Terms & Conditions refer to the authorized independent third-party operator. References to ‘you’ or ‘your’ in these Booking Terms & Conditions refers to you, the attendee of a Camp, and/or your parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) (where applicable) in accordance with clause 2.
2. Registration & Payment
Registration Process
- All registrations must be submitted through the official Manchester City Soccer Camp website.
- Camp spots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a place in the Camp. The price of the Camp will be the price indicated on the booking page.
- All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy (see clause 9 below).
- Accepted payment methods include credit/debit card and other approved online payment systems.
Booking
- Our acceptance of your booking will take place when you have made payment of the full amount due for the Camp and we have emailed you with confirmation of your booking, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us, in accordance with these Booking Terms & Conditions.
- If you are under 18, your parent(s) and/or guardian(s) is (are) hereby deemed to legally accept these Booking Terms & Conditions.
3. Camp Schedule
- The Camp operates over five consecutive days, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Schedules may be modified due to weather or other unforeseen events, with updates communicated in a timely manner.
4. Group Placement
- Participants will be grouped based on age and playing ability. Participants must be aged between 8 and 15 years of age at the time of the Camp to attend.
- Our coaching staff may adjust group placement to ensure a balanced and productive training environment.
5. Coaching & Supervision
- All sessions are delivered by Manchester City coaches.
- A qualified team, including athletic trainers, will provide supervision and support throughout the Camp.
6. Health & Safety
Medical Requirements
- Participants are required to inform us via email or phone of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or necessary medications prior to the start of the Camp.
Injury & Liability
- A licensed athletic trainer will be on-site to respond to minor injuries.
- Participants must have their own health insurance. We only provide secondary (excess) insurance coverage, which applies after the participant’s primary policy.
- In case of serious injury, emergency services will be contacted and parents/guardians will be notified.
Acknowledgment of Risk
- Participation in the Camp involves physical activity with a risk of injury.
- By enrolling, participants confirm they are physically and mentally fit to take part. We do not conduct medical screenings. Participation is at each individual’s own risk.
Right to Remove Participants
- We reserve the right to remove any participant whose health or behavior presents a risk to themselves, others, or staff.
Safety Protocols
- Camp venues will have certified first aiders and safeguarding officers on site. In the event that you need medical attention during the Camp you agree to be treated by a qualified emergency first aid staff member.
- All locations operate under established risk assessments and health & safety procedures, including access to local medical, dental, and emergency services if needed.
Medical Disclosure & Inclusion
- • All relevant medical conditions must be disclosed if they:
- Affect the participant’s ability to complete the Camp;
- Could pose a safety concern to others; or
- Require medical intervention or reasonable accommodations.
- We are committed to inclusion and will make reasonable efforts to support all players regardless of medical status.
7. Attendance & Conduct
Participant Expectations
- All participants are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
- Failure to follow Camp rules or staff instructions may result in removal from the Camp without refund.
- You must not bring to or use at the Camp any video or other filming or recording equipment nor record or attempt to record (whether permanently or transiently) or transmit for your own or any other person’s purposes moving images or voices of any Camp personnel at any time during the Camp.
Behavior Policy
- We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, discrimination, and disruptive behavior.
- Participants may be suspended or dismissed without refund for unacceptable conduct.
- All disciplinary decisions made by our Camp team are final.
- You acknowledge that you must pay the full cost of any damage wilfully caused by you to any grounds, accommodation or property.
Parent/Guardian Attendance
- Parents and guardians are welcome to observe sessions but must remain in designated viewing areas to avoid disruption to the Camp.
8. Weather Policy
- In the event of extreme weather, adjustments will be made to ensure player safety.
- While we will make every effort to reschedule lost hours, this is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
9. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Participant-Initiated Cancellations
- All participant cancellations are non-refundable.
Camp-Initiated Cancellations
- If the Camp is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., government regulations, severe weather), a credit may be issued for a future session.
10. Photography & Media Consent
- By enrolling, participants and their parents/guardians consent to the use of their image in any photographs, videos, and testimonials in respect of the Camp for promotional purposes, including use in printed materials, online media, and social platforms.
- If you do not wish for your child to appear in any promotional content, please notify us in writing via email prior to the start of Camp.
11. Data Protection
- All personal data collected during registration will be handled in accordance with Manchester City’s Privacy Policy.
12. Liability
- a. Subject to clause 12c, our total liability to you under or arising from these Booking Terms & Conditions shall not exceed 125% of the total Camp fees payable by you for the relevant Camp for any one event or series of connected events.
- b. We (or for the avoidance of doubt, Manchester City Football Club Limited and its employees and representatives) will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss.
- c. We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees or agents for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
13. Complaints
If you have any complaints, you should immediately notify a member of our staff. In the unlikely event this is not resolved to your satisfaction; you can either email info@usacamps.mancity.com.
We will investigate your complaint and will provide an appropriate response. In order to be given a reasonable chance of addressing your complaint, please ensure it is received within one month of the end of your Camp.
14. Which laws apply to these Booking Terms & Conditions and where you may bring legal proceedings
These Booking Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and we and you can only bring legal proceedings in respect of our services in the English courts, however as a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms and conditions, including this clause, affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

By completing the registration process, participants and their parents/guardians confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
